Rennie Ozzimo is a Melbourne-based independent singer-songwriter. His debut studio album was a culmination of three years of hard effort, during which time he continued to improve and challenge himself as a performer. His voice radiates truth. With spirit, lust and soul, he makes his biggest creative leap yet.

‘Dear Life,’ the album title, is a contemplative chronicle of the past; a diary that promotes hope and courage. It was entirely produced by Paul Wiltshire (CEO of Songtradr Inc). The album combines themes of reckless ambition, moments of love and loss, emotional ballads of leaving and coming home, high-energy pop breakouts, and the opportunity to take you back to the ideal world of ‘Planet X,’ your eventual destination.

Rennie cites prominent artists as influences, including Geoff Byrd, David Cook, Guy Sebastian, and Shoshana Bean.

“Music is the shorthand of emotion. As an artist, I endeavour to create special moments for my audiences through the delivery of my songs. I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, they’ll forget what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel. Victor Hugo once said, ‘music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent.’ ”
